Starkey’s is wonderful! I took my car to multiple mechanics in hopes of finding a reliable one that would not rip me off (especially given that I am a young woman who doesn’t know much about cars). Starkey’s basically saved my vehicle. What I thought would have been cause for a total-loss, mechanic Ryan fixed in one day. My car drives great and I could not be happier with Starkey’s fast and reliable service

I had such an amazing experience here! I am a young college student who hasn’t really had to get any maintenance on my car previously. Everyone I spoke to was super resourceful and kind. I’ve come in for a flat tire, which they plugged quickly. When I had to come back for my brakes, they were very patient with me as someone who is not knowledgeable about cars and had to spend time communicating back and forth between the mechanics and my parents who were off island! I felt like they were very honest about the things that needed to be fixed and weren’t just trying to add additional services. Recommend 100%.

Really loved the customer service here. i seen them on a instagram advertisement out of the blues. they were really fast with communication…took my car to do a diagnostic test for my a/c which was fast and they worked with my extended warranty which was also a bonus. repair was fast and easy i would definitely recommend going to them for repairs and basically anything that has to do with your car repairs. Great people !!!

You can trust the team at Starkeys. We bring out work vehicles to starkeys for a few reasons. 1, There pricing is very reasonable. When our brakes needed changing, I checked with 4 shops. The big tire box shops were almost double their price with probably the cheapest grade parts. Starkeys was the second cheapest. 2, They have really good customer service. I have talked with Kai, Ryan, and Mr. Starkey. 3, They have quick service. Typically same day service for the smaller jobs. We need this as we need our trucks on the road. Thanks for the work yesterday! Brad

I could almost not belive how well it went! I highly recommend Starkey's Auto Repair because they are all great there! Greeted with a smile and I was in and out in no time! I got a flat on my tire wall and they replaced it really quick. It was super affordable as well. I can't recommend this place enough!

As soon as the special order (Toyota 4Runner brake booster) part was in, my car was out within hours. Not like Firestone, Goodyear or other shops, where you're wondering what's going on, they paid attention to me upon arrival, kept me updated on issues with shipping encountered and followed through on seeing that my issue was resolved. This one time going to them has earned my loyalty for repairs beyond my abilities.

I read the reviews about Starkey's and felt confident that my 2008 Prius would be in good hands. It needed new wheel bearings and Jayden provided me with a quote I felt was reasonable. They had to keep the Prius overnight and arranged for Enterprise rentals to provide me a car. The service at Starkey's was impeccable and they stand behind their work for 12 months. I will definitely keep Starkey's as my main car shop for our family's vehicles. I would like to add that its partnership with Enterprise is so helpful and I appreciate two businesses taking care of each other, and not leaving a client stranded. Mahalo!

I had lost all hope in car repair shops after my experiences with Chevy dealerships, when I happened to stumble upon Starky's in my Google search. I'm so happy I've found this auto repair shop. Jayden was my service advisor and he has exceptional customer service skills. He provided me with an estimate before I got there so I knew what to expect when dropping off my truck. Everyone in the front office was so kind and welcoming, my kids enjoyed the amazing fish tank! We are very pleased with the routine maintenance work done and it was at an affordable price too. We will definitely be back as this has become our go to auto repair shop from now on! We have also recommend them to our family and friends. They have restored our trust in auto shops. I own a 2003 Ford F150 Harley Davidson Edition. I’m only the second owner, and since the engine is still strong, I’m committed to keeping it in great shape as it ages. I first went to Starkey’s after an emergency failure with my steering wheel controls—thankfully, it happened just as we were parking. After researching the best auto repair shops, I found Starkey’s. The reviews were all positive, so I decided to have my truck towed there. Ryan was our technician, and he was friendly, efficient, and provided a clear, detailed estimate. I ended up needing a new AC Compressor Bypass Pulley and a Serpentine Belt. The work was completed in just two days, and the steering felt great afterward. Six months later, Ryan helped us again when we needed new shocks and struts. Once again, the service was excellent. Starkey’s has truly become my go‑to auto repair shop, and I’ll continue bringing my truck there. Highly Recommend!
